Each class offers new ways to explore awareness, mobility, and stability for all levels of practitioners. WATER classes create a cohesive sense of balance in the body and mind.

LIIT YOGA

METAL classes are based upon the concept of low intensity interval training through a yogic lens. Each class focuses on the development of muscular strength while cultivating awareness of what is possible in your body. METAL offers new approaches to strengthen the body and to strengthen the mind.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

CORE STRENGTH
PILATES promotes healthy flexibility and whole body strength, with the origin of every exercise being the engagement of the abdominals.  It introduces basics of breathing as it relates to core development, spinal mobility and stability, as well as bring to attention shoulders and neck alignment.

YOGA FOR PREGNANT BODIES
Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to tend to the physical body during pregnancy and build strength to prepare for labor and delivery. This specialized class will also be a supportive group container—offering emotional and spiritual foundations for building greater awareness around the new or evolving role as parent, releasing stress and worries of the future, and a way to build a deeper connection with baby.

Prenatal Yoga is taught on the 2nd Floor, accessible only via stairs every Tuesday at 5:45pm.

SOMATICS :: a gentle movement class based in the Feldenkrais Method® and Awareness Through Movement®.

Develop new awareness, fluency, and ease in your movements.  A supportive practice for those who have movement difficulties while at work or play, and for those who seek more optimal performance in their physical and creative pursuits. Class is appropriate for anyone who is curious about sensing themselves more clearly, breathing more freely, calming their nerves and feeling more at home in themselves.  The studio is moderately heated.

Ether allows each student to go beyond the physical practice of western yoga. Each class explores movement, meditation, breath work, mudras, yoga poses and may also include mantras, chanting, and sound vibrations.

The studio is moderately heated for this class and it is suitable for all abilities and levels of yoga students who wish to expand their typical yoga practice.
